Can I delete or add a ticket to my order?

For security reasons once an order has been placed, additional tickets may not be added to the order. A new order must be placed for the additional tickets. We can delete tickets provided they have not been submitted as a credit card order or have not already been paid for. A request for their removal can be emailed to

member@perthsocialclub.com.au

Can I change my mind about the way I want to pay if I have already opted to pay a certain way?

No, if the order has already been placed then a new order must be placed with the new preferred way of payment. Orders must be paid for completely in the chosen method of payment (ie. they can't be paid for partly in cash and partly in credit card).

Can I have a refund if I change my mind?

No, under no circumstances will a refund be provided for any change of mind orders.

Is my current reply email used to gain entry at Perth Cup?

No, you will need an RFID (electronic bar coded) wristband. These will be released by the turf club in mid December. We will email you to let you know when they will be available for pick up from our office or if you have paid for postage we will mail them out to you.

You will need to bring your current Australian drivers license with photo, WA Proof of Age Card or Passport along for the exchange if you are picking them up.
